Carolin Kaltofen-Ngwenya lives and works as an artist in Überlingen on Lake Constance.
She is self-taught and began her artistic career in 2018.
As a passionate artist specializing in portrait and landscape painting, she combines traditional techniques with realistic and sometimes abstract elements to create expressive and unique works of art.
She works primarily with acrylic and watercolor paints to capture the beauty and diversity of nature around her.
"In my work, I place particular emphasis on capturing the moods and emotional states of my subjects."
Through the intuitive use of colors, gradients and lines, images are created that are also influenced by my own feelings .
Each work of art tells its own story and invites the viewer to immerse themselves in different emotional worlds.
