Portrait - Series
"In my portraits, I focus on people, their stories, and their presence. Many of the works arise from personal encounters and observations. Between realistic representation and free artistic interpretation, I try to make expression, character, and mood visible in subtle nuances."
Series I: "Pictures of Colorful Souls"
These watercolor portraits depict people in all their diversity and individuality. Expressive colors, graphic lines, and open spaces lend the faces character and a unique emotional depth, revealing the individuality of each personality.
The series was created between 2021 and 2022 and was first presented in an exhibition in Göttingen in 2022.
Series II: "Encounters"
These portraits are created through the careful observation of people and their individual facial features. Using a variety of artistic techniques, realistic depictions are created that focus on personality and expression.
